Welcome to unpluckt — a self-paced wellbeing platform designed to help women reconnect with themselves and rediscover joy through small, sustainable steps. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access and use of our website and membership services. By subscribing to Unpluckt, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and you agree that although currently being a member is still free of charge, we anticipate to charge a monthly subscription fee of under £10 a month in the near future and will inform members of this in advance. unpluckt is part of the TheWovenGroup Limited so any mentions of unpluckt also includes and refers to TheWovenGroup Limited.

1. Membership & Access
1.1. By subscribing to unpluckt, you gain access to a library of digital resources, tools, tips, and experiences designed to support your personal growth journey.
1.2. Your membership is for individual, non-commercial use only and provides access to all available resources for as long as your subscription remains active.
1.3. unpluckt is a self-paced platform. We do not provide individual coaching, therapy, or guarantees of specific outcomes.
1.4. The platform is intended for women aged 18 and over. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

1.5 By subscribing to Unpluckt, you agree that although currently joining the community as a member is free of charge, we anticipate to charge a monthly subscription fee of under £10 a month in the near future and will inform members of this in advance. You have the right to opt out of membership at this point in time and certainly no charges would apply in this case.

2. Nature of the Service
2.1. unpluckt is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. All resources are intended for general wellbeing and inspiration purposes only.
2.2. While we provide uplifting and empowering content, each user is responsible for their own journey. We make no guarantees regarding individual results or outcomes.
2.3. You understand and accept that your participation is entirely voluntary and self-led.

3. Payment, Renewals & Cancellation
3.1. Your membership is billed on a monthly basis and renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
3.2. Payment is processed via our secure payment gateway. If a payment fails, we may retry using your stored method or contact you for resolution.
3.3. You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
3.4. Unpluckt reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Members will be notified in advance of any price changes.

4. Community & Conduct
4.1. Unpluckt is a community rooted in kindness, resilience, and inclusivity. All members agree to engage with others respectfully and uphold a safe, supportive space.
4.2. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or aggressive self-promotion will not be tolerated.
4.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership that violates these principles, without refund.

5.1. All content, resources, designs, branding, and materials on the platform are the intellectual property of Unpluckt.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
6.1. Unpluckt provides general wellness and personal development content. We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken as a result of using our platform.
6.2. We disclaim all responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional or mental outcomes.
